• Booking information may include event details, ticket type, quantity, booking/reference number, QR ticket information and transaction status.
• Organizer verification may require information such as PAN/Aadhaar, GST details where applicable, bank account details, cancelled cheque and event permission or authorization documents.
• Payment card, UPI, banking and other payment credentials are processed by the applicable payment gateway or payment service provider. Lokrang does not intend to store full payment credentials on its own systems unless expressly stated.
• We may collect technical and usage information such as IP address, device information, browser/app information, operating system, pages or screens accessed, dates and times of access and diagnostic information.

2. Cookies and Similar Technologies

• Lokrang may use cookies, local storage, SDKs, pixels, tags and similar technologies for login, preferences, security, analytics, fraud prevention and service functionality.

• We may share relevant booking information with event organizers to operate an event, verify a booking or provide entry.

• We may share information with payment gateways, banks, payout providers, hosting providers, analytics providers, communication providers, verification providers and other service providers that help operate Lokrang.
• We may disclose information where reasonably necessary to comply with law, court orders or governmental requests, protect rights or property, investigate fraud, or protect users or the public.
