1. Definitions and Platform Role

• “Lokrang”, “Platform”, “we”, “us” and “our” means Craftoantech, operating the Lokrang platform.
• “User”, “you” and “your” means a person accessing or using Lokrang. “Organizer” means a person or entity listing or conducting an event through Lokrang. “Attendee” means a person purchasing or registering for an event.
• Lokrang is a technology marketplace connecting organizers and attendees. Unless expressly stated, Lokrang does not itself organize, own, control or conduct events listed by organizers.
• Organizers remain responsible for the legality, permissions, venue, safety, staffing, content, execution and fulfillment of their events.

2. Account and Eligibility

• You must provide accurate information and keep your account information reasonably current.
• Users are generally required to be 18 years of age or older unless Lokrang expressly permits otherwise for a particular Service or event.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of account credentials and activity performed through your account, subject to applicable law.
• Lokrang may require verification for security, fraud prevention, organizer onboarding, payments or legal compliance.

3. Event Listings and Approval

• Organizers may submit events, but submission does not guarantee publication.
• Lokrang may review, approve, reject, suspend, edit or remove an event when reasonably necessary for safety, compliance, fraud prevention, quality or operational reasons.
• Organizers must provide accurate event information, including date, time, venue, ticket price, availability and applicable refund/cancellation terms.
• Organizers may offer free or paid events and are responsible for the accuracy of pricing and event information.

4. Tickets and QR Entry

• A successful booking may generate a digital ticket, booking reference or QR code.
• Users must keep tickets and QR codes secure and must not knowingly share them in a manner that enables unauthorized entry.
• Unless an event specifically permits multiple or transferable use, the first valid QR scan may be treated as successful entry and subsequent scans may be rejected.
• Entry remains subject to organizer rules, venue capacity, safety requirements and applicable law.

5. Payments, Fees and Taxes

• Payments are processed through payment gateways or payment service providers made available by Lokrang.

• Applicable platform, convenience, service or other disclosed fees may be charged in addition to the ticket price.
• Organizers are responsible for prices they set and taxes or statutory obligations applicable to their events or sales, to the extent applicable.
• Lokrang may deduct applicable commissions, charges, refunds, chargebacks or other amounts according to the applicable organizer arrangement and disclosed terms.

6. Refunds and Cancellations

• Refunds are governed by the separate Refund & Cancellation Policy and event-specific terms published by the organizer.
• Cancellation windows, deductions and eligibility can vary by event.
• Platform/service fees may be non-refundable where disclosed and permitted by applicable law.

7. Organizer Responsibilities

• Organizers must have all required rights, licenses, permissions and approvals necessary to conduct their events.
• Organizers must provide truthful information and must not upload content they do not have the right to use.
• Organizers are responsible for attendee safety, venue arrangements, event execution, lawful ticketing, refund obligations and compliance with applicable laws.
• Before payouts, Lokrang may require identity, bank, tax and event-related verification documents.

8. Prohibited Activities

• Users and organizers must not use Lokrang for fraud, scams, unauthorized payment activity, unlawful activities, harassment, hate speech, impersonation, malicious activity or activities prohibited by law.
• Events involving prohibited or unlawful activities, including gambling, illegal drugs, unlawful weapons-related activity or prohibited exploitative/adult content, may be rejected or removed.
• Bots, automated abuse, attempts to bypass security, manipulate ticket availability or interfere with Lokrang are prohibited.

9. User Content and Intellectual Property

• Users and organizers retain ownership of content they lawfully own, subject to rights granted to Lokrang under these Terms.
• By uploading event descriptions, images, videos, logos, comments or other content, you represent that you have the necessary rights and permissions.
• You grant Lokrang a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, reproduce, display, adapt and distribute submitted content as reasonably necessary to operate, market and improve the Service, subject to applicable law.
• You must not copy, reproduce, sell, rent, sublicense, republish or redistribute Lokrang-owned content except as permitted by Lokrang.

10. Reviews and User Content

• Where reviews, comments or other user-generated content are enabled, users are responsible for what they post.
• Content must not be defamatory, unlawful, abusive, misleading, infringe third-party rights, invade privacy or promote unlawful activity.
• Lokrang may moderate, remove or restrict content that violates these Terms or creates legal, safety or operational concerns.

11. Third-Party Services and Links

• Lokrang may integrate with payment providers, analytics services, maps, communication providers, social platforms or other third parties.

• Third-party services are governed by their own terms and policies. Lokrang is not responsible for third-party services outside its reasonable control.

12. Service Availability and Changes

• Lokrang may modify, suspend or discontinue parts of the Service when reasonably necessary for maintenance, security, legal compliance, product changes or operational reasons.
• Lokrang does not guarantee that the Service will always be uninterrupted, error-free or available at every time or location.

13. Disclaimer

• Event information is primarily supplied by organizers. Lokrang does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, quality, legality or availability of every event or organizer.
• To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Service is provided without warranties beyond those that cannot lawfully be excluded.
• Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

14. Limitation of Liability

• To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Lokrang will not be responsible for losses arising solely from organizer conduct, event cancellation, venue conditions, force majeure, third-party service failure or inaccurate information supplied by an organizer, except to the extent caused by Lokrang's own legally actionable conduct.
• Nothing in this section excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

15. Indemnity

• To the extent permitted by applicable law, users and organizers agree to be responsible for claims arising from their unlawful conduct, breach of these Terms, infringement of third-party rights or misuse of Lokrang.

16. Suspension and Termination

• Lokrang may suspend, restrict or terminate an account or event where reasonably necessary because of fraud, abuse, security concerns, violation of these Terms, legal requirements or repeated non-compliance.
• Termination does not automatically cancel financial or legal obligations that arose before termination.

17. Governing Law

• These Terms are governed by the laws of India, subject to applicable mandatory legal rights and requirements.

18. Changes to These Terms

• Lokrang may update these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms will be posted with a revised effective date. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance to the extent permitted by law.
